Job Title: EAM Asset Intelligence Architect
Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled EAM Asset Intelligence Architect to design and deliver
intelligent asset management solutions by combining leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms
(SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, HxGN EAM, IFS EAM) with IoT/SCADA, cloud, and advanced analytics.
You will enable predictive maintenance, lifecycle optimization, and reliability improvements for Utilities and Oil & Gas operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy asset intelligence frameworks integrated with SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, HxGN EAM, and IFS EAM.
- Connect real-time IoT/SCADA data streams to EAM for condition monitoring and predictive work orders.
- Develop asset models & simulations for performance tracking, lifecycle forecasting, and risk analysis.
- Integrate AI/ML algorithms to predict failures, prescribe interventions, and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Define governance, data quality, and interoperability standards across sensors, cloud, and EAM applications.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and IT to convert field data into actionable intelligence.
- Harden solutions for security and compliance (e.g., NERC CIP, IEC 62443) and align with ISO 55000.
- Create technical documentation (architecture, data flows, integrations) and provide stakeholder training.
- Champion scalability, high availability, and performance using cloud-native patterns and DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with at least one major EAM platform: SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, HxGN EAM, or IFS EAM.
- Strong expertise in IoT platforms, SCADA integration, and real-time streaming (MQTT/AMQP/REST).
- Background in asset performance management, reliability engineering, or predictive analytics.
- Proficiency with cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), APIs/microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML techniques applied to maintenance and asset health.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of system performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, HxGN EAM, or IFS EAM.
- Experience with Azure Digital Twins / PTC ThingWorx / Siemens Teamcenter (for asset modeling & visualization).
- Familiarity with NERC CIP, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and ISO 55000 asset management standards.
- Sector experience in Utilities or Oil & Gas with mobile work execution and offline-first design.
- DevOps/CI-CD and containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps/GitHub).
Benefits:
- Competitive salary (upto $150000)
- Health and wellness benefits
- Career development opportunities
- Flexible working arrangements
