Job Title: Digital Asset Lifecycle Strategist (Utilities & Energy EAM Platforms)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Digital Asset Lifecycle Strategist to join our team, serving as the chief architect for digital transformation initiatives centered on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems. In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you will drive the convergence of operations technology (OT) and information technology (IT) within Utilities and Oil & Gas enterprises. Your focus: orchestrate full lifecycle asset intelligence, predictive analytics, and sustainability objectives, leveraging SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, HxGN EAM, and IFS EAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy cutting-edge, cloud-integrated EAM solutions tailored for utilities and energy sector clients.
• Lead development of digital twin ecosystems and predictive maintenance powered by advanced analytics and IoT integrations.
• Oversee data interoperability and security across multi-platform EAM landscapes (SAP, Maximo, HxGN, IFS).
• Translate asset lifecycle data into business value, optimizing reliability, compliance, and ESG reporting.
• Mentor technical teams on EAM best practices, emerging technologies, and agile transformation in asset management.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in enterprise-level EAM solution architecture or consulting, with direct experience in at least two major platforms (SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, HxGN EAM, IFS EAM).
• Proven success in digital twin implementation, IoT integration, and data-driven asset optimization.
• Deep understanding of the asset lifecycle in regulated industries (utilities, energy, oil & gas).
• Cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP) integration expertise; strong data security and API management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and thought leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant EAM or Cloud platforms.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (ISO 55000, NERC, etc.).
• Familiarity with emerging technologies (machine learning, blockchain for asset provenance, etc.).
