Job Title: Business Application Systems Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Application Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust software solutions using .NET, C#, and HxGN EAM. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of projects focused on enhancing system functionality, integrating third-party applications, managing data, and optimizing system performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless system integration and scalability to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HxGN EAM applications.
• Customize processes, reports, queries, and system integration using tools like Infor ION, ION Desk, and EXTJS.
• Maintain data accuracy with SQL, Oracle, and IBM Maximo.
• Manage procurement, licensing, and support using SAP Hana, Oracle, Ariba, and IBM Maximo.
• Provide on-call IT support and manage projects with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
• Deploy solutions using GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Develop documentation and training using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Monitor system performance, updates, and patches using Nagios, Splunk, Wireshark, and Nessus.
• Ensure security compliance with Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, McAfee, and RSA Archer.
• Perform testing and disaster recovery using Selenium, Postman, Veritas Backup Exec, and Veeam.
• Conduct change management with BMC Remedy and ITIL and develop IT standards using Gartner and IEEE Xplore.
• Support safety management systems and perform additional duties to meet IT objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Application Systems Analyst with hands-on knowledge of .NET, C#, and HxGN EAM.
• Strong expertise in designing cloud-based solutions, focusing on Azure services.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing REST APIs, and integrating with third-party platforms like Ariba and SAP.
• Hands-on experience with XSLT transformations, Infor ION Desk/API, and IBM Maximo integration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and leadership in project lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in performance optimization using tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5+ years of experience in .NET, C#, and HxGN EAM.
• Expertise in REST API development, cloud-based solutions (Azure), and Infor ION Desk/API integration.
• Strong experience in SQL, Oracle, IBM Maximo, and enterprise system integration with SAP/Ariba.
• Hands-on with CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, Docker), system monitoring (Splunk, Nagios), and security tools (CrowdStrike, RSA Archer).
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, project management (Jira, Confluence), and performance optimization (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
